"Product Manager Monitors - Europe"

 

 

FUNCTION:

You represent the Elo products (TouchMonitors) to the different sales channels, through providing the right positioning and added value towards the European market.

  • You support the sales channels (including customer visits) in order to ensure the introduction of the TouchMonitor-product line in the different geographical regions (Project Support) (= approx. 40% of your job).
  • You launch, maintain and discontinue standard products, in communication with Operations and Marketing in Europe and in coordination with Product Management in Menlo (Product Lifecycle Management) (= also approx. 40% of your job).
  • You define and defend the European market needs before and during the development of the product (PRD and development process)
  • You are the outspoken point of contact for product information for internal and external customers.
  • With your analysis of competitors’ products and prices, you will be able to position and price the Elo products adequately in the market.
  • You have outspoken training capabilities, which allow you to provide appropriate technical training, in agreement with Sales & Marketing, for internal and external groups.

 

PROFILE:

  • Graduate with technical background with ideally 3 years product management or engineer experience
  • Combine strong technical skills with a very good sense of organization
  • Excellent communication and language skills: fluent in English and very good knowledge of at least one other European language.
  • Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • For this position - based in Kessel-Lo – are we looking for a Belgian resident
  • Travel: about 2 days/week as an absolute max. (30-40% of your time)
